Happy Summer!! This is a great no-churn vanilla ice cream recipe. It is quick and easy to make. The hardest part of this recipe is waiting for the ice cream to set up in the freezer. You can add in any of your favorite mix in’s and create m&m, cookie dough or peanut butter cup ice cream. It is the perfect treat for any hot summer day.
Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups cold heavy cream
- 1 cup of any mix in like, cookie dough chunks, m&m’s, mini peanut butter cups, really the options are endless
Directions:
In a medium bowl, stir together condensed milk and vanilla. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat cream on high until stiff peaks form about 3 minutes. With a rubber spatula, gently fold whipped cream into condensed milk mixture. Gently fold in your desired mix in. Pour into a freezer safe container and freeze overnight. Ice cream can be stored in the freezer up to 2 weeks.
