I hate to admit it but I love yogurt and granola for breakfast in the morning.  I do have to say that I love the ones loaded with all kinds of goodies but my waist line doesn’t enjoy that.  So I have come up with this one that only has five ingredients and tastes great.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 c. Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 c. Slivered Almonds (if you don’t have slivered whole ones chopped up work great)
  • 1/2 c. Wheat Germ
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 Agave Nector

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 F.  Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.  Mix all ingredients together and then pour onto cookie sheet.  Bake for 10 mins and then give it a good stir.  Bake for 10 more mins.  Remove from oven and let cool.  Store in an airtight container.
