These bars are a mix between a cookie and a brownie, so basically if you like chocolate along with ooey, gooey goodness you’ll love this sweet treat that has a fudgey layer in the middle. It’s a quick and easy afternoon snack to have set out, to serve as a dessert or take to summer barbecues.
