With summer almost gone my family has been craving hot chocolate, but who wants hot chocolate when it is 95 degrees outside! I decided to make this super delicious and super easy frozen hot chocolate. It was a huge hit and we were able to kick our hot chocolate craving.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups (12 fluid ounces) chocolate milk
- 1 cup (5 to 6 ounces) dry hot chocolate mix, flavor and brand of choice
- 3-4 cups cubed ice
- Whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles or shavings, for garnish, if desired
Directions:
Add the milk, hot chocolate mix and ice, in the order listed, to a blender and process until smooth.
Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and chocolate shaving/sprinkles, if desired.
