My kids love homemade guac.  With Halloween a little less then a week away, I thought this would be a fun way to serve homemade guac. I am always on the hunt for some fun Halloween food ideas.  This is super easy, fast and kids will love it!

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium ripe avocados, peeled and cubed
  • 1-2 tablespoon sour cream
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Tortilla chips
  • Sour cream, refried black beans and ripe olives, optional

Directions:

In a small bowl, mash avocado with a fork. Stir in the sour cream, garlic salt, onion powder, lemon juice and pepper.

Spoon guacamole onto a platter; shape into a rectangle. Place chips near the top of the head. Decorate face as desired with sour cream, refried black beans and olives.
