This Chocolate Chip Bunt Cake is moist and delicious.  It is a chocolate cake made with greek yogurt to help make it a little healthier.  With that said make sure you add in all the chocolate chips!

Ingredients:

Cake:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together cake mix, pudding, greek yogurt, eggs and oil.  Set aside

Mix together sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon and chocolate chips. Set aside.

Pour 1/3 of the batter into a well greased bundt cake pan.  Top with 1/3 of the cinnamon, sugar and chocolate chip mixture.  Repeat two more times, ending with a layer of the cinnamon, sugar and chocolate chips.

Bake for 1 hour and allow to cool for 10 minutes in pan.  Invert cake onto a serving plate.  While cake cools make frosting.  When cake is completely cool pipe frosting on the cake.  Serve and enjoy!
