Tender, soft and bursting with buffalo flavor.  This chicken is great for anyway you like it.  We like to put it on sandwiches, in a salad, wrap it up or just by itself.

Ingredients:

  • 5-6 chicken breast
  • 1/2 – 3/4 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 packet of Hidden Valley buttermilk ranch dressing (the dry seasoning)

Directions:

Spray the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray.  Place a little bit of the sauce on the bottom followed by a layer of chicken breast.  Then add more sauce and more chicken.  Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with dressing packet.  Cover and cook on high 4-6 hours and low for 6-8 hours.  Once chicken is done, take it out of the slow cooker.  Shred the chicken and then add a little of the extra juice and some more buffalo sauce.  Add until you like it.  My husband loves lots of sauce and I prefer not as much.  Enjoy the meat in sandwiches, salads, wraps, etc.
