Every year for Halloween my mother-in-law does a spooky dinner. She made this cute cheeseball that everybody loved. You can either make your favorite cheese ball or buy one. My kids had so much fun making this Frankenstein cheese ball.
Ingredients:
- 1 recipe of your favorite homemade cheese ball or store bought
- green food coloring
- 1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives, drained
- 1 whole black olive, cut in half
- 3 snack’mms pickles
- Black decorating gel
- Assorted fresh vegetables for dipping
- toasted bread croutons for serving
Directions:
Take your cheeseball and set it on the serving dish. Paint the front of the cheese ball green with the food coloring. Place olives as eyes, pickles as ears and nose, chopped olives as the hair and use the black gel to make mouth and eyebrows.
Serve the cheeseball with fresh vegetables or croutons.
