Happy Valentine’s Day! I hope that everybody has a great day. I created this fun recipe with my girls. Just like the classic Root Beer Float, this drink is made with soda and ice cream and the result is a creamy, fizzy, FUN thirst quencher!
Ingredients:
- vanilla ice cream
- 7up or Sprite mixed with strawberry flavor (I like to use the mix in flavor for Italian sodas) or you can use Cherry 7up
Directions:
Add a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream to a drinking cup or mug.
Fill the cup with soda. If using the Italian soda mix the flavor in first and then add to the ice cream.
Drink and enjoy!
