This chicken is quick, easy and delicious. Each bite is bursting with flavor and juicy, tender chicken. I paired the chicken up with some yummy red potatoes. This recipe will soon come and is one of our families favorites.
Ingredients:
Crumb Mixture:
- 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I did a mixture of cheddar and Monterey jack)
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. season salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
For the Chicken:
- 6 chicken breast or chicken tenders
- melted butter for dipping the chicken into
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Spray a 9×13 inch pan with cooking spray.
Take the chicken and dip in butter and then into the crumb mixture. Place in the 9×13 pan.
Cook for 30-45 mins. The chicken breast will take a little longer then the chicken tenders. Once chicken is cook all the way remove from oven and enjoy.
