This is a family favorite bean dip that I got from my sweet cousin Cammie.  It’s super easy to make and goes well with any kind of tortilla chips.  We have used this for super bowl parties, family get- togethers, cinco de mayo and any time we fire up the grill. As you can see, we look for any excuse we can get 🙂 Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • 1 can niblet corn, drained
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed well
  • 1/2-1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 handful cilantro, chopped – add as much as you like
  • 1pkg. Italian dressing (Good Seasons)

Directions

Put everything together in a bowl except the dressing mix, set the bowl aside.  Follow the directions on the package to make the dressing.  Add the dressing to the other ingredients.  Mix well and let it marinate for 15 mins.  Serve with chips.
