Halloween is coming and you should make these cute mummies for dinner.  Not only do they look cute but they taste yummy too.  It is a perfect kid friendly dinner that your children will love before they start trick or treating and get all that candy:)  I like to lighten things up by using turkey dogs but you can use any kind you like.

Ingredients:

• Hot Dogs
• 1 pkg. crescent rolls
• Mustard for eyes
• Ketchup for dipping

Directions:

Cut crescent dough into long skinny strips.  Wrap the dough around the hot dog leaving a little space towards the top for the eyes.  Bake according to the directions on the crescent rolls.   When they are done dot with mustard to create the eyes.  I usually cute my hot dogs in half to make mini mummy dogs.  But you can do whatever size you like.  Dip in ketchup and enjoy.
